These gift baskets include thoughtfully curated gifts that all houseplant lovers will enjoy. Each basket is unique, but will include some combination of plant care items such as neem oil wipes, leaf snips, plant food, moisture reader, pruning sheers and books. Please feel free to call the shop for special requests, or let our designers put together their favorite on theme pieces!

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed by 1:00 PM. Deliveries happen between the hours of 1:30PM-5PM. Delivery fees are based on the distance from our shop and include one delivery attempt. In cases of inclement weather, if no one is available to receive the arrangement, we may determine it is unsafe to leave the flowers unattended. In that event, the arrangement will be returned to our shop, and we will contact the recipient directly to arrange pickup.
If you are sending flowers to a business, please include the business name and hours the recipient works when placing the order.
Please call the shop directly for any special delivery requests, such as AM delivery. Depending on the time of year, we may be able to accommodate these requests on a case-by-case basis.

We take great pride in using the highest quality blooms, and each arrangement is carefully inspected throughout the design process. While we do our best to ensure every piece is perfect upon delivery, florals may occasionally shift during transportation. Although each arrangement is carefully checked before leaving our shop, minor damage can sometimes go unnoticed.
We photograph each arrangement prior to delivery, and we kindly ask that you also take and share photos when contacting us so we can better assist you.
