We wanted to send flowers to celebrate my sister in laws Happy 19th Birthday again ..actually almost 5 times again ! Botanique delivered a beautiful “In My Garden “ arrangement with added sunflowers for summer. The arrangement was just beautiful and we received rave reviews by my sister in law! Thank you Botanique for on time delivery and for making such a beautiful arrangement ! Well done all!

Recently ordered In My Garden floral arrangement for a friend. Spoke to Jade at the floral shop and she answered all my questions, was professional and helpful. Delivered on date requested. My friend was delighted with the arrangement, which was lovely. Would recommend this floral shop!

The recipient was delighted with the arrangement which was delivered on time, however, I do consider the delivery fee of $40 to be excessive. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Marcy, I am thrilled to hear that the recipient enjoyed the cheerful arrangement. I appreciate your feedback, but I am disheartened to see that you have left a review which will lower our overall rating due to a delivery fee that is clearly communicated at the time of purchase. I hope you will reconsider. I understand that many of our customers are not from the Cape, but the address we delivered to is 1 hour roundtrip from our shop, in a town that we do not frequently deliver to, so we likely sent a driver and tied up a delivery vehicle specifically for this arrangement. We are happy to accommodate this request, but feel that the $40 delivery fee is more than fair considering the expenses involved. We make no profit on delivery fees; deliveries in our town and the immediately surrounding zip codes are $5-10 which is low for our industry. Thanks for your understanding! - Kristina

Hi! Tristen was lovely on the phone, and I appreciated her cheerful customer service. The birthday recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement, and while she was thrilled, I honestly thought that it looked sparse. Not really a good representation of the website photo. Ordering from a local florist rather than a national and impersonal vendor was my intent, and I'm glad that I did. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Paula, thank you for your feedback. I did send you a detailed email explaining that in the photo we took of the arrangement before it went out for delivery, it looks very full and I confirmed that it was filled to value. I'm wondering if the photo your friend sent may have been a bad angle that didn't accurately represent the beautiful arrangement. We appreciate you working with a local florist, and are glad to hear that the recipient enjoyed her birthday flowers! In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed by 1:00 PM. Deliveries happen between the hours of 1:30PM-5PM. Delivery fees are based on the distance from our shop and include one delivery attempt. In cases of inclement weather, if no one is available to receive the arrangement, we may determine it is unsafe to leave the flowers unattended. In that event, the arrangement will be returned to our shop, and we will contact the recipient directly to arrange pickup.
If you are sending flowers to a business, please include the business name and hours the recipient works when placing the order.
Please call the shop directly for any special delivery requests, such as AM delivery. Depending on the time of year, we may be able to accommodate these requests on a case-by-case basis.

We take great pride in using the highest quality blooms, and each arrangement is carefully inspected throughout the design process. While we do our best to ensure every piece is perfect upon delivery, florals may occasionally shift during transportation. Although each arrangement is carefully checked before leaving our shop, minor damage can sometimes go unnoticed.
We photograph each arrangement prior to delivery, and we kindly ask that you also take and share photos when contacting us so we can better assist you.
Each concern is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we are committed to ensuring every situation is resolved with care and attention to detail.
