Designs will vary, but you are guaranteed a fresh and stunning seasonal arrangement.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I picked the "Designer's Choice" bouquet for my mom's birthday. It was delivered on time, and she absolutely loved it. The arrangement was stunning with vibrant colors. Really beautiful. Thank you so much for taking such care in your presentation. Will use again and highly recommended.

My experience with placing my order on the phone was five plus star. I didn't order a designer's choice. Perhaps that's how they interpreted my request for white hydrangeas and soft pink roses and pink gerbera daisies, I didn't request bright orange flowers in the bouquet, and it's the prominent color.... Our mother passed away and I wanted something soft and comforting. Thank you for the follow up and thank you for the excellent service.It was lovely that the flowers left at her door were wrapped in cellophane to protect them. Sincerely Sabrina Linman
