Please call the shop to find out exactly what we have available, and let us help you customize your arrangement! At least one week notice is needed to secure specific blooms so we recommend ordering early, but we always carry a wide variety so we might just have what you're looking for anyway!
Please note that due to unpredictability in the flower industry (especially in recent years) certain blooms may become unavailable. On occasion flowers will arrive from our suppliers and fail our quality checks, so we will contact you to suggest a substitution or refund if necessary.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

The Memorial wreath was beautiful, and just what I wanted. When we first got in the Church, I was surprised to see it lying down flat, but then saw they put the deceased's box of ashes inside the wreath, so it was really special. Thank you for being so good at working with me from across the country. I appreciate it very much!
