While a Designer's Choice arrangement gives the designer full creative liberty with the flowers, a Customer's Choice arrangement lets you give guidance regarding a specific color palette, specific flower, perhaps a certain vase type you're envisioning. We highly encourage you to call our shop, as it is the best way to talk directly with a designer and discuss what we currently have available. We will reach out by phone to discuss the order if it is placed through our website.
At least one week's notice is needed to secure specific blooms so we recommend ordering early, but we always carry a wide variety so we might just have what you're looking for anyway! Please note that due to unpredictability in the flower industry (especially in recent years) certain blooms may become unavailable. On occasion flowers will arrive from our suppliers and fail our quality checks, so we will contact you to suggest a substitution or refund if necessary.

Short review: Best flower delivery I've ever used. Long Review: I work for a local fire department and over the past ten days we've needed to, uncharacteristically, send four different flower bouquets to people for various reasons. I had not used Botanique of Caper Cod for flower delivery before but, going forward, I will use them every time. I will also use them for myt personal florist going forward. It was the best and easiest experience with buying flowers I've ever had. I spoke with a lovely woman on the phone for the first order and with my subsequent orders, I was able to do it all over text (my choice). Paying was easy, communicating was easy, they were quick to reply, and best of all the flowers they delivered were all far more beautiful than anything else I've had delivered on the cape. This florist is an absolute gem! I cannot rate it highly enough!! For over the past 5 years, I have been calling them to deliver flowers and gift baskets to my Grandmother. They have gone above and beyond to customize the orders and have taken so much care to create something stunning and personal. They are extremely professional and kind. They have been a life saver for my family!! The communication was great! I think we expected something a bit more original based on the awesome website photos. Although I'm sure it's hard to please everyone and I am not a florist so my description may not have been the best. Thank you for making it happen!

I was so happy to have found Botanique and their wonderful staff for my father-in-law’s funeral. Tristan and Lily were both lovely and created arrangements that exceeded our expectations. We are glad to have found such a beautiful flower shop in our community. Can’t wait to visit the shop again.

My husband and I ordered Christmas flowers for my sister and brother in law for Christmas from you. The arrangement is just gorgeous. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed by 1:00 PM. Deliveries happen between the hours of 1:30PM-5PM. Delivery fees are based on the distance from our shop and include one delivery attempt. In cases of inclement weather, if no one is available to receive the arrangement, we may determine it is unsafe to leave the flowers unattended. In that event, the arrangement will be returned to our shop, and we will contact the recipient directly to arrange pickup.
If you are sending flowers to a business, please include the business name and hours the recipient works when placing the order.
Please call the shop directly for any special delivery requests, such as AM delivery. Depending on the time of year, we may be able to accommodate these requests on a case-by-case basis.

We take great pride in using the highest quality blooms, and each arrangement is carefully inspected throughout the design process. While we do our best to ensure every piece is perfect upon delivery, florals may occasionally shift during transportation. Although each arrangement is carefully checked before leaving our shop, minor damage can sometimes go unnoticed.
We photograph each arrangement prior to delivery, and we kindly ask that you also take and share photos when contacting us so we can better assist you.
Each concern is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we are committed to ensuring every situation is resolved with care and attention to detail.
